Your Safe Play Toolkit

phdreme gives every player direct access to these responsible gaming tools — available anytime from your account dashboard.

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your phdreme account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours — giving you real control over your spending.

Loss Limits

Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing in a given period. phdreme will automatically restrict further play once your loss limit is reached, helping you stay within your personal budget.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session duration for your gaming activity. phdreme will notify you when your session limit is approaching and automatically log you out when the limit is reached.

Cooling-Off Period

Need a short break? Activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, you will not be able to log in to your phdreme account. The cooling-off period cannot be cancelled once activated.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, phdreme's self-exclusion tool allows you to permanently or temporarily block access to your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Reality Check Alerts

Enable periodic pop-up reminders that show you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in your current session. Reality checks help you stay aware and make informed decisions about your play.

What Is Responsible Gaming?

Responsible gaming means enjoying online casino games, slots, bingo, and sports betting as a form of entertainment — not as a way to make money or escape personal problems. At phdreme, we want every Filipino player to have a positive, enjoyable experience on our platform, and that starts with understanding what responsible gaming really means.

Gambling is a recreational activity. Like any form of entertainment, it comes with a cost — and that cost should always be money you can afford to lose. phdreme encourages all players to set a personal entertainment budget before they start playing, and to stick to it regardless of whether they are winning or losing.

The key principles of responsible gaming at phdreme are simple: play for fun, not for profit; set limits before you start; never chase losses; take regular breaks; and never gamble when you are stressed, upset, or under the influence of alcohol.

Remember: Every game on phdreme — from slots to bingo to live casino — is designed to be entertaining. The house always has a mathematical edge over time. Gambling should never be seen as a reliable source of income.

The 21+ Age Requirement

phdreme strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years old for all players. This is not just a platform rule — it is a legal requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Underage gambling is illegal in the Philippines, and phdreme takes this obligation very seriously.

During the registration process, all players are required to confirm that they are at least 21 years of age. Before any withdrawal is processed, phdreme's KYC (Know Your Customer) team will verify your age using government-issued identification documents such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license.

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable law, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Strict Age Enforcement: If you are a parent or guardian, please ensure that minors in your household do not have access to your phdreme account credentials. phdreme recommends using device-level parental controls to prevent underage access to online gaming platforms.

Protecting Young People

phdreme actively works to prevent underage gambling. Our platform does not target advertising at individuals under 21, and we cooperate fully with regulatory authorities to identify and remove underage players from the platform. If you suspect that a minor is using phdreme, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Recognizing Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone — regardless of age, income, or background. It develops gradually, and many players don't realize there is an issue until it has already caused significant harm. phdreme wants every Filipino player to be aware of the warning signs so they can seek help early.

Common signs that gambling may be becoming a problem include:

  • Spending more money or time gambling than you originally intended
  • Chasing losses — continuing to play in an attempt to win back money you have lost
  • Gambling with money meant for rent, bills, food, or other essential expenses
  • Lying to family members or friends about how much you gamble or how much you have lost
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when you are not gambling
  • Using gambling as a way to escape stress, depression, or personal problems
  • Neglecting work, school, family, or social responsibilities because of gambling
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling activity

If you recognize any of these signs in yourself or someone you care about, phdreme strongly encourages you to use our self-exclusion tool and seek professional support. You are not alone — help is available.

Self-Exclusion at phdreme

phdreme's self-exclusion program is one of the most important responsible gaming tools we offer. Self-exclusion allows you to voluntarily ban yourself from accessing your phdreme account for a defined period — or permanently — if you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life.

How to Self-Exclude

To activate self-exclusion on phdreme, log in to your account and navigate to the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. Select "Self-Exclusion," choose your preferred exclusion period (minimum 6 months, or permanent), and confirm your request. Your account will be blocked immediately.

During the self-exclusion period, phdreme will:

  • Block all access to your account, including via mobile and desktop
  • Suppress all marketing communications to your registered email and mobile number
  • Retain your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations
  • Refund any remaining balance in your account to your registered payment method

Important: Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the chosen exclusion period. phdreme will not reinstate access to a self-excluded account before the exclusion period has expired, regardless of the reason given.

PAGCOR Self-Exclusion Program

In addition to phdreme's own self-exclusion tool, Filipino players can also register with PAGCOR's national self-exclusion program, which restricts access to all PAGCOR-licensed gaming platforms simultaneously. phdreme fully participates in and respects the PAGCOR self-exclusion registry. Players who have registered with PAGCOR's program will be identified and blocked during our KYC verification process.
