Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one active phdreme account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. phdreme employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate account discovered will be closed immediately, and any balances held therein will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdreme login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phdreme will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phdreme immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
phdreme is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
phdreme accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved Philippine payment methods. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. phdreme does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) banking day. phdreme reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on phdreme are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phdreme does not charge currency conversion fees. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside phdreme's control and are your responsibility.
Note: phdreme does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Always check with your payment provider for applicable fees.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use phdreme solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from phdreme without the prior written consent of phdreme.

In no event shall phdreme's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdreme account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phdreme reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations. phdreme reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any fraud or abuse investigation.
You may close your phdreme account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phdreme's customer support team for resolution. phdreme will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with phdreme's resolution may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
